Once you launch the study, we'll begin recruiting your target demographic. You'll receive an email from us when the first video is received, and when the last video is received.

General population studies (i.e. men in the UK) will usually wrap up within a day, with videos rolling in within a few hours. However, allow a few business days for hard to reach demographics (i.e. Tax accountants in Beijing).
