How do you transcribe? What is the accuracy?
We leverage Google Speech-to-Text API for transcription, which is trained by one of the largest data sets and can support many different languages and accents. It boasts 97% accuracy and is continuously improving.
Which languages do you transcribe?
By default, the PlaybookUX transcript will be set to English (United States accent). However, you can change this setting when you create a project. See which languages we support here.
Editing the transcript
For the most part they're accurate, but you may see a few incorrect words. Click "Edit" to revise the transcript.
