My video isn't uploading, how do I recover it?

Recover my user testing session.

If you’ve finished your completing your study and it gets stuck in the uploading screen we can save your video to confirm your attendance. 

  1. Don’t quit out of the PlaybookUX web app!

  2. To access the file go to the following file path:

    iOS/ Mac: Library/Application Support/PlaybookUX

    Windows: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\<sessionId>.webm

  3. Look for the file playbook-recording.webm

  1. Once you have accessed the file, you'll need to send it to us. It's is usually pretty large so upload it to WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/

  2. Once it’s uploaded please send the WeTransfer link to hello@playbookux.com
