Can testers download my company's software to test during a session?

I want to test a desktop app, or other piece of software. How do I distribute it?

Testers can download software prior to the study or during the study.

There are two ways for testers download your software.

1. Attach a link that contains the software. If the software is not easily accessible on your website, generate a link with Google Drive or WeTransfer.

Once you have the link, paste it in a URL question.

2. Have the PlaybookUX support team distribute it ahead of time. When your software requires a restart after installation, this is the best option.
