If you launched a ‘bring my participants’ study and the number of participants is higher than the number that submitted videos, then you’ll have to change the response cap.

To do so, click into your project.

Within the Study Details tab, you'll see "Change Response Cap". 

Click on that hyperlink, and you'll see this popup.

Change the response cap to the number of participants that you've received videos.

The study will close, and participants won't be able to take the study unless you increase the response cap.

If you'd like to receive additional videos, increase the response cap. This will set your project back to 'In Progress' status.
