Can I localize the tester platform?

Can testers speak another language? Do you transcribe in other languages?

PlaybookUX supports over 40 languages. When you select a language, three things will happen:

  1. The PlaybookUX mobile app & tester platform will be localized in the selected language

  2. We will transcribe the sessions in that language

  3. Participants will be instructed to speak in that language

We support the following languages.

While you're setting up a study, you'll notice a language drop down on the Audience page. 

Note: The 'Preview study' feature is not localized.
