Can testers speak another language? Do you transcribe in other languages?

PlaybookUX supports over 50 languages. When you select a language, three things will happen:

  1. The PlaybookUX mobile app & tester platform will be localized in the selected language

  2. We will transcribe the sessions in that language

  3. Participants will be instructed to speak in that language

Choosing a language & localizing the tester platform

While you're setting up a study, you'll notice a language drop down on the Audience page. 

When conducting a study with PlaybookUX participants, it will look like this:

Note: 'Preview study' isn't localized yet but your test will be localized when it's live.
