Head to app.playbookux.com/sign-in

Click on the link that says "Forgot your password?"

You're taken to a screen where you'll enter your email address.

Next, you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Click the link and reset your password.

Once you click "Set Password", you'll see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email. 

Return to the login page and enter your email and new password.
