How do I mark a participant as 'did not show'?

If a participant does not show for a session, please wait 10 minutes before leaving the call. After 10 minutes, you can mark a participant as did not show in PlaybookUX.

Head to the Schedule tab & locate the participant's name under Confirmed Sessions.

Click "Actions" > "Participant did not show"

You'll have to option to add the credits back to your account or schedule a replacement participant.
