Once you've completed all questions, and you click the Finish button, you'll see a confirmation screen.

This screen looks the same for computer, tablet and mobile studies.

Once you see that screen, you can click the blue "OK" button. Your unmoderated session will be automatically sent to PlaybookUX and you don't need to do anything else!
