To ensure a smooth moderated experience, please follow these steps prior to your first meeting.
We suggest that you use Chrome, Firefox, Brave or Edge. At the moment, Safari does not allow you to share your screen.
Note: participants will still be able to share their screen regardless of the browser you use.

Follow these steps on MacOS
Go to Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy Tab > Check the box next to the browser you intend to use for Microphone, Camera & Screen Recording
Step by step walkthrough
We'll use Chrome as an example but this applies to Brave, Edge and Firefox as well.
Navigate to "System Preferences" on the banner menu.
This is the System Preferences screen. Click "Security & Privacy".
On "Security & Privacy", go to the "Privacy" tab.
Unlock the settings by clicking on the lock icon.
Enter your password and click "Unlock"
Go to the "Camera" tab and check the box next to "Google Chrome".
Go to the "Microphone" tab and check the box next to "Google Chrome".
Finally, go to the "Screen Recording" tab and check the box next to "Google Chrome".
***IMPORTANT*** You will have to click "Quit & Reopen" in order for the changes to take effect. Do not select "Later"
Follow these steps on Windows computers
If using Windows 10, please note there is a privacy feature that may block Zoom from using the camera. Learn more about how to allow Zoom access to your webcam.
You may be asked if you would like allow permissions after clicking on the Zoom link. Each browser looks slightly different.

If you blocked permissions, please follow these steps to allow access to your microphone & camera.
Click the lock icon to the left of your address bar. A pop-up will appear with a list of options.
Click the drop-down list to the right of the Camera and Microphone option.
Select the option Allow.
