If someone on your team would like to transfer their "Admin" role to someone else on your team

There are two types of user roles in PlaybookUX: admin and user. Check out this article here to learn more about each role.

Admins are able to change all team member's roles.

To transfer ownership the current "Admin" on the account will need to invite someone else to be an "Admin". Once that person has accepted the invite, the new admin can either

  1. click the "remove" button to remove the original admin from the account or

  2. change the original owner to the "User" role.

PlaybookUX doesn't limit the number of admin roles so you can have multiple admin roles/account owners.
