There are a few ways to handle payment when setting up tests. We offer the option to add prepaid credits to your account that can be used throughout your workspace, or you can add a card to a test or to your account to be used for each test.
Adding a card to your workspace
Click the icon in the top right corner, and click "Account" to access your workspace settings.
From here, click on the tab for "Billing" on the left to see your options. Here you can see any prepaid balance available on your account, manage or add a subscription plan, and add a card to your workspace.

Under the section titled Saved credit and debit cards, click "Add a card" to enter the card details.
Once you have entered your card details, click "Save Card" to add it to your account. This card will be available to use across the workspace by any team members, and will be available to use on the summary screen of a project once you have completed entering the details.
Adding a card to a test
To add a card to a project, enter the details of the study including questions (if applicable) and audience information, and navigate to the summary screen. There will be a breakdown of the price for the project, and beside it a space to fill in your card information.
If you have a prepaid balance on your account, that will be used before a card payment, so if the credit covers the full cost of the project, the credit card section will be greyed out. If you don't have a prepaid balance, or you don't have enough to cover the full cost of the project, you can enter the card details to the left.
If you would like to save the card to your workspace, you can click "Remember this card" - otherwise, when you are ready to proceed and submit your study, click "Submit & Pay" at the bottom of the screen.
